I have been very quiet on the blog machine for the past 2 months. But at Fourcorners have been uber busy, reacting to massively increased sales and planning the introduction of new craft beers to Ireland to meet the ever increasing demand. 2012 is set to be the year Craft Beer makes a big breakthrough in Ireland. And I want to introduce some of the new beers we are landing here this year.

Gypsy Brewers are a relatively new development within the craft beer brewing community. I have seen them described as “a supersubculture of the craft beer industry”. A Gypsy brewer is one that does not have their own brewery, but instead brews his/her beers at someone else’s brewery.
